I’m Alexandra Zecevic, a painter residing in sunny Tampa bay. I was born in Kherson, Ukraine, graduated with Master degree in Art/Design form VSTU.
My art has been featured in several exhibitions in Birmingham, AL; Columbus, OH; also explored several prominent Art Festivals after moving to Florida in 2021.
Abstract Art is my proud achievement, and I was nominated second place in Annual Artists magazine Art competition and featured in its issue in February 2021.
My paintings will take your mind into a visual adventure of harmonious colors and shapes, always combined in sudden balance.
When I’m not painting - I am designing houses, walking my dog, working in my tropical garden or cooking vareniki (Ukrainian dumplings) as part of my relaxation technique.

I always remember myself drawing and painting. I drew my own face, I drew my cats, I painted still lives, portraits, nudes, landscapes, florals… I studied Art for many years of my life. Now I paint abstracts and it makes me feel anchored, as I finally found place where it’s quiet, confident and protected by sudden depth of understanding how it all works. Starts with color of sketch or a line and brush stroke after brush stroke brings me to the final paint of balance.
